Growing at your own pace, in directions that matter to you.
“Laura was very useful in navigating the education system and helping to ask the ‘right ‘ questions as well as making use of local resources. I had no idea that having an EHCP could mean attending some free clubs with similarly behaved children, and that helped both of us relax and enjoy the club without fear of judgement.”

“Working with Caysie was an empowering and affirming experience. She offered unique insights and approaches that helped me recognise my own worth and abilities, while making me feel truly understood and seen as an ADHD woman navigating menopause and a busy family life. Her coaching style is flexible, professional, and deeply human, meeting me where I was each week while gently encouraging meaningful progress. I would highly recommend her services to anyone seeking thoughtful, neuro-affirming support.“

“I’m so grateful for Laura’s sessions. She really understood my needs as a parent and helped address situations that can sometimes feel quite overwhelming in a calm and understanding way. She consistently focused on what makes my child special instead of trying to change them.
She has given us lots of simple, helpful tools that make daily life. We highly recommend her!”
